If you’re feeling the chemistry, send Zoe a more detailed brief via email. If necessary, she may ask you a few further questions or send you a questionnaire to guarantee that she fully understands your needs, your brand, key messaging, and target audience.
QUOTATION
Once your needs are clear, Zoe will send you a proposal, including a cost breakdown and an estimated delivery date. She usually charges per project, so you will know precisely what you will have to pay from the outset.
The quote will include research (if applicable), writing the first draft, one set of revisions, and a final proofread. Extra charges will apply if your needs change or you require additional content throughout the collaboration.
CONFIRMATION & AGREEMENT
If Zoe’s proposal and terms work for you, just send her your written confirmation, and she will add the project to her agenda! Now, just relax in the knowledge that Zoe will draw on years of experience and knowledge to deliver the best results.
THE CREATIVE PART
You will always receive the first draft before the stipulated deadline. Now’s your chance to review the content, and simply let Zoe know what tweaks or changes you may need. She will always ensure everything is perfect and you are happy with the final copy.
PAYMENT
Upon submission of the first draft, Zoe will also send you the total invoice. Payment is due within one month of the invoice issue date. Simple as that!
